DR. NÉMETH & CO. LAW FIRM was established by two founders in the summer of 2000.
Dr.Gabriella Németh was a founder of our law firm,
and dr. Zsuzsanna Haraszti became a partner in 2006 as well.
Since 2009 the new name of our law firm is DR. NÉMETH & DR. HARASZTI Lawyers.
As we shared the conception, that a demanding circle of business clients could be best served from a well-organized, easily accessible office employing several colleagues......we decided to establish a private law firm.
We are to be found in the south-Buda area of Budapest, at an easily accessible location, in the 12th district, on the 4th floor of a charming, classic 19th century building (an elevator is available). Our spacious, air-conditioned offices on an area of over 100 square meters ensure a pleasant atmosphere for personal meetings. The office is easy to access either by car or public transport. Appropriate parking is available in the surrounding streets, or in the nearby parking lot.
LAWYERS - Budapest, Hamburg, dr.Németh, dr.Haraszti... Our team works in a well-organized structure, in a pleasant atmosphere, under the leadership of senior attorney Dr. Gabriella Németh. The legal work is being done by three lawyers, in Hungarian, German or English language. dr. Gabriella NÉMETH, Lawyer, has been practising law since 1996; she is specialized in Foreign Trade Law and in European Law, as well.
The partner of our law-firm is dr. Zsuzsanna HARASZTI, Lawyer, who studied and worked at our office previously as junior associate. dr. Gábor KOVÁCS.M., Lawyer is not the partner of our law-firm but is our consultant since 2005 in criminal law cases. The office duties are being coordinated by our secretary/clerk. We employ law trainees, students from Hungary and Germany, allowing them to acquire a thorough practice at our law firm, which they can make good use of in the future. Our new colleague since 2010 is dr.Magdolna BARNA Lawyer. By working together in cross-border cases, we have established a good relationship and cooperation with German and Austrian colleagues, one of our key partners, Bernd Schwarzlose, Lawyer/Rechtsanwalt resides in Hamburg. This allows us to stay up-to-date in German legal issues, as well; in a case concerning Germany we can immediately consult local colleagues or German partners over the Internet. We find it important to maintain a good relationship not only with colleagues, but also with other business-, and civil organizations, and be available for their clients. We are in close cooperation with the German Embassy in Budapest – the embassy’s clients can take up contact with us, as a law firm working in German language. We are a member of the German - Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – members and also non-member clients can obtain our availability, contact details, and information on what type of cases we offer consultancy or legal representation in. You can also obtain our address, telephone and fax numbers through the Budapest Bar Association and our founder is a member of the Hungarian Competition Law Association.
We also cooperate with experts, auditors, taxation experts, accountants, property experts – working together for the same clients, we get a positive feedback on their professionalism and reliability every day.
CLIENTS (Budapest - Hamburg) Our clients are mainly Hungarian and foreign (German-, Austrian-, Swiss-owned) small and medium businesses; moreover we fulfil the permanent advising of several state-, and local government’s institutions; besides that we also provide permanent legal services for private individuals if requested. In legal consultancy we are specialized in Economic and Commercial Law.
