TAKARNET - accurate property datas - today, on-line!
Our law firm is a member of the 'TAKARNET' real estate register system. Through this system we provide online access for our clients to the national property register network, providing the following data immediately:
- Survey title deeds of any real estate to be found in Hungary, containing all the current notes available on the document,
- A copy of the title deed of any real estate in Hungary, certifying all the notes ever registered on and deleted from the records,
- Copy of the layout of any real estate to be found in Hungary.

EXPERT opinion...We provide legal expert opinion in complex cases, where we are not assigned to the entire case, but our client needs a general, comprehensive summary of the basic legal issues of the case, about the regulations concerning these, and a legal conclusion in order to get a better picture of the possible solution. TRADEMARK related research work... We undertake to verify trademarks - text, graphics, b&w or colour - the client would like to have registered, or has already had registered, perform a research in available databases for registration details.
